FAQS
Sanfrost Cooling, founded in 2019, leverages over 20 years of refrigeration R&D and management experience from Shenghai Electrical Appliance. It runs two manufacturing facilities (Refrigerator Plant & Ice Maker Plant), complies with the ISO9001 quality management system, and holds domestic CCC and international CE, CB, ETL certifications.
Do different types of ice makers have different ice-making speeds?
There is a significant difference. Household compact ice makers typically require 10-15 minutes per batch to produce ice. Commercial large-capacity ice makers, due to their higher power output, can reduce this time to 5-8 minutes per batch while offering significantly greater ice storage capacity than household models.
Can milk and other foods be stored together in the insulated container?
Yes, but proper separation is essential. It is recommended to store milk in a sealed container on a separate shelf from other foods to prevent odor transfer. Additionally, avoid storing milk near high-temperature items, perishable foods, or items with strong odors to prevent contamination.
Can an insulated milk container store opened milk for extended periods?
Not recommended. The purpose of an insulated cooler is for short-term preservation, not as a substitute for a refrigerator's long-term storage function. Even if the temperature is maintained, opened milk should not be stored in an insulated cooler for more than 24 hours. Additionally, ensure the cooler is properly sealed and maintains a stable temperature.
What is the optimal temperature for a milk cooler?
The core temperature of milk insulated containers should be maintained between 0–6°C. This range effectively inhibits bacterial growth, extends milk's shelf life, and prevents freezing at excessively low temperatures that can destroy nutrients.
